  • The abstract along with the author declaration form should be uploaded.
  • All submitted abstracts should report original and previously unpublished research results.

Format of the abstract

  • The abstract should be a single paragraph, consists of 500 words. It should clearly state the purpose of the work, the procedures used to execute the work, and major findings with citation free.
  • Paper size: A4 typed single side only.
  • Font: Times New Roman
  • Font size: 12
  • Line spacing: 1.5
  • Text alignment: Justify Margins: 2.5cm (1”) on all sides
  • Keywords: Three to five keywords or phrases in alphabetical order, separated by commas
  • No references, tables or figures should be included in the abstract
  • Language: English/Tamil
  • Non-English terms: All non-English terms should be italicized. E.g. et al., viz, etc, in vivo, Yala, Maha
  • All scientific names should be italicized. 
  • Software: Microsoft Word
  • Reference style : MLA

Review process

  • Abstracts will be preliminarily reviewed by editorial board/ ICLLL-2025, and the accepted ones will be further sent to a panel of experts, and those that are accepted by panel experts will be published in the conference proceeding.
  • Authors of the accepted abstracts have the option to submit their full papers to the faculty journal titled “South Asian Journal /Cintanai”.
  • The full manuscripts will be evaluated separately as per the Journal of “South Asian Journal /Cintanai”.guidelines and decision will be taken as per the editorial polices of Journal of “South Asian Journal /Chinthanai”

Presentation mode of accepted abstract

  • The mode of presentation will be oral.
  •  20 minutes will be allocated for the presentation and 10 minutes will be allocated for the discussion.
